PSYPHER INC. was founded in 1996 in order to bridge the gap between mathematical theory and real-world applications. Psypher is responsible for developing and implementing advanced core technology primarily in the field of Digital Signal Processing. Established with an intimate understanding of the capabilities and limitations of different types of institutions, from government laboratories and universities to private corporations, both small and large, Psypher provides a universal DSP technology that is used by researchers, engineers, and digital computational code developers in a variety of applications.
The founders of Psypher, Myoung An and Richard Tolimieri, have contributed to and initiated projects that develop and incorporate complex mathematical ideas fundamental to the development of advanced DSP. Their experience working with diverse institutions provides Psyher with the expertise necessary to provide solutions to a wide variety of problems quickly and efficiently. Their recent publication Group Filters and Image Processing demonstrates Psypher's ongoing commitment to the rapid dissemination of new techniques that have multiple applications in modern DSP.
